If actively involved in your local church, you frequently enjoy fellowship.

“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers (Acts 2:42 NKJV).”

Jesus broke bread for the multitudes.

“Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes (Matthew 14:19 NKJV).”

Jesus and the breaking of bread at the Last Supper…

“And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, ‘Take, eat; this is My body (Matthew 26:26 NKJV).”

Jesus and the breaking of bread at Emmaus…

“Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight (Luke 24:30-31 NKJV).”

We can fellowship with believers at our churches and in homes.

“So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart (Acts 2:46 NKJV).”
